Recipe 1: Beef and Carrot Cookies

  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, grated carrot, egg, rolled oats, and vegetable oil. Mix well until a dough forms.

  3. Shape the dough into small bite-sized cookies.

  4. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

 

Recipe 2: Beef and Cottage Cheese Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
